You have 30 days after delivery to contact us if your item didn’t meet your expectations.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever resolves the issue fairly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can arrange a replacement immediately.
Note:
For hygiene reasons, some products, like skincare and serums, cannot be returned once shipped.
To keep this policy fair for everyone, we may limit refunds in rare cases of repeated abuse — but our goal is always to support genuine customers.
